Harlequins chief executive Mark Evans has revealed he will leave the Premiership club in February.
Evans took up the role 10 years ago but is leaving to set up a sports consultancy business.
Harlequins chairman Malcolm Wall said: "Mark has been an outstanding CEO for Harlequins for the last 10 years.
"He has led the club from the early, uncertain days of professional rugby and established us as one of the leading lights in the Premiership."
