Luxury sports carmaker and Formula 1 team Ferrari has no plans to list the company in the short term, chairman Luca di Montezemolo has revealed.
"There are no current plans [to list the company],” he said. “Perhaps in three, four or five years. There is no project now. Maybe there never will be."
Analysts speculated late last year that Fiat, which owns 85 per cent of Ferrari, was considering a separate listing.
Fiat said at the time that the analysts' reports represented only "some" of the strategic options available to the company.
