The UK's largest sports tour operator, Thomas Cook Sport has signed a new four-year deal with Chelsea Football Club.
The deal extends and enhances the original one signed in the summer of 2006 as Chelsea's official travel partner.
Thomas Cook will continue as a Platinum partner of Chelsea until 2012, along with a group of other market-leading companies and will continue to be responsible for all team and officials' travel, corporate travel and supporter travel, both in the UK and overseas.
"Re-signing with Chelsea takes our relationship to a whole new level," said Manny Fontenla-Novoa, Group Chief Executive of Thomas Cook.
"We've enjoyed a fantastic partnership with the club so far, and this announcement will ensure that we provide an unrivalled service to the club and it's supporters for years to come".
Chelsea Chief Executive Peter Kenyon said: "I think this deal demonstrates a major vote of confidence from the business world in the strength of Chelsea as a sponsorship partner, as well as Premier League football in general, in what is a difficult economic climate.
"Extending our association with Thomas Cook, one of the most respected brands in travel, is a natural one for Chelsea. We're sure that this deal will lead to a more complete service for the club and its supporters."
This includes official travel packages to all of Chelsea’s away matches in the UEFA Champions League and domestic competitions.
Match Breaks to home games will continue to be a must for Chelsea fans visiting the capital. All packages include a minimum of one night's accommodation, match ticket and programme, stadium tour and entry to the club museum.
Thomas Cook Sport, launched five years ago, is the largest sports tour operator in the UK. It is the official travel partner of Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Everton and Tottenham Hotspur as well as Celtic and Rangers in Scotland. The company also offers official match breaks for Manchester United, Fulham and Stoke City.
