The Sports Consultancy, an independently owned sports marketing agency, has been appointed by ISAF (The International Sailing Federation) to support the association’s commercial development during 2009.
The Sports Consultancy’s initial brief is to analyze and optimize ISAF’s commercial rights in preparation to taking them to the market thus expanding their family of partners. With sailing’s demonstrable track record on achieving commercial objectives for organizations across the world, ISAF, as the world governing body, has some excellent opportunities for partners both on and off the water and is well positioned to offer value to it’s partners in this tough economic climate.
Commenting on the instruction, ISAF Head of Marketing & Media, Claire Frost said: “The Sports Consultancy has an excellent track record in commercial rights management, especially in the world of sailing and we are looking forward to working with their experienced team to develop our offering to commercial partners.”
