LeadDog Marketing Group, an independent, award-winning, turnkey sports marketing agency, is proud to announce the addition of Jason Danahy to its senior management team. Danahy joins the company as Vice President of Client Partnerships and will lead the company’s efforts to create additional value for existing clients and build new client partnerships.

Danahy has 13 years of experience in both traditional and experiential marketing and advertising. Before joining LeadDog, Danahy was at the New York Post, where he managed the paper’s digital sales effort and was a key member of the Post’s Online Executive Council. In addition to his experience in the digital media space, Danahy managed the New York Post’s Sports/Entertainment/Media print sales team from 2004-2006.

Prior to the New York Post, Danahy was involved with a vast array of sports and entertainment entities, including Feld Entertainment, New Jersey Nets, Chicago The Musical, and the New York/New Jersey Hitmen of the XFL, the latter of which was a client of LeadDog’s during Danahy’s tenure.

“We have known Jason for many years, and are excited to bring his ability to build strong relationships with brands based on his strategic and creative strengths. He brings a passion and excitement for the business that is unique and something we always look for,” said Dan Mannix, President and CEO of LeadDog. “We are excited to bring Jason on board as a key player on our team.”

“This is the absolute perfect time to join LeadDog, both from a personal standpoint and given the momentum and consistent growth that LeadDog has experienced in the marketplace. Building and creating our client partnerships while working with a passionate group of creative people is very exciting to me,” said Danahy.
