Big TV has joined hands with ESPN Star Sports, the official broadcasters of ICC World Twenty20, to launch interactive cricket service 'iCricket'.
Through this offering, the Reliance ADAG-owned direct-to-home (DTH) service will offer in-stadia live experience of the matches.
The interactive service will offer match highlights on-demand with multi-view options enabling viewers to switch between live and extra camera or the highlights feed.
The iCricket service offers multi-lingual audio options enabling viewers to switch the language of commentary. At present, the four available languages are English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
Said Reliance Big TV CEO Sanjay Behl, "ICricket is a part of our effort to deliver the best to our subscribers, understanding their current demands, especially at the time of T20 World Cup."
Viewers can also avail in-depth information on players as well as their past records along with an update on scores and scorecards of the playing teams.
