SKINS have been announced as the official partner of the recently established Dextro Energy Triathlon - ITU World Championship Series. SKINS will be known as the exclusive, worldwide official compression performance gear for the series under the agreement.

The Dextro Energy Triathlon - ITU World Championship Series is one of the most important events in the international Triathlon calendar. In the latest format, the top triathletes compete at eight renowned cities around the world, vying for a share of the two million US dollars in prize money.

The 2009 champion will be awarded the crown at the Dextro Energy Triathlon - ITU World Championship Series Grand Final on Australia's Gold Coast on 13th September. The series also has an amateur component where weekend warriors can test themselves on the same circuit as the best triathletes in the world.

SKINS sponsorship of the Dextro Energy Triathlon - ITU World Championship Series kicked off in May 2009 at the highly successful event in Tongyeong, Korea and SKINS CEO, Jaimie Fuller said that the series will be an excellent vehicle to promote SKINS globally: "As a global brand with Australian roots we are excited to be associated with a truly global event.
