IMG Sports Media announced that it has signed a deal with the Swiss Axpo Super League to market their international media rights for the seasons 2009/2010 and 2010/2011.
The representation agreement, commencing 11 July 2009, includes the world-wide media rights excluding Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Liechtenstein.
The Axpo Super League, governed by the Swiss Football League, is the premier football league in Switzerland and currently consists of 10 teams which play each other four times a season. The season’s winner is entitled to participate in the qualification of the UEFA Champions League.
