Following LIVE coverage of the meetings in Oslo and Rome, the digital channel will also broadcast the final three rounds of the season in Paris, Zurich and Brussels.

The next meeting on Friday 17th July will be broadcast LIVE on British Eurosport from 7pm BST and includes a 100m that sees Britain’s Simeon Williamson, who posted the fastest time by a European in the recent UK Championships, line up against Jamaican sprint sensation Usain Bolt.

The prestigious Golden League is part of the World Athletics Tour and consists of six athletics meetings organised by the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF). A jackpot of $1 million USD is available for the athletes who win their event in all six meetings.

Leading athletes in contention for the 2009 jackpot include Russian pole vault champion Yelena Isinbayeva, Ethiopia’s middle distance specialist Kenenisa Bekele and American 400m runner Sanya Richards.
