Crocodile International Pte Ltd, a home-grown company with over 60 years of experience in the apparel industry, signed a sponsorship agreement with the Singapore Youth Olympic Games Organising Committee (SYOGOC) as the Official Apparel Partner for the Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games. Some 30,000 technical officials, torch bearers, torch relay escorts and workforce will be dressed by Crocodile International.

Mr GOH Kee Nguan, Chief Executive Officer of SYOGOC, says, "I am very happy that a local small-medium enterprise has come forward to partner us in organising this inaugural event. The uniform is an important part of the Games. It not only serves as a form of identification but it will also reflect our vision of the Games.

What is also significant is that the uniforms will be designed by a Singapore company. Singapore 2010 is an important global platform for local companies to promote their products and showcase their capabilities. I look forward to the partnership with Crocodile International as well as more local companies coming forward to take part in Singapore 2010."

Mr ANG Boon Tian, Chief Executive Officer of Crocodile Group of Companies, says, "We are proud to be part of the first Youth Olympic Games. Our team will strive to incorporate the vibrancy of the Games with the unique flavour of our country for this coming historic event. As Official Apparel Partner, Crocodile is also licensed to produce and distribute the official YOG merchandise. These items include apparel and accessories like caps and eyewear.
