Eurosport attracted 66 million different European viewers* for the championships (+44% vs 2007 edition).
These figures follow the excellent ratings achieved in July for Tour de France (63.3 million) and Rome World Swimming Championships (57 million). Eurosport offered LIVE and extensive coverage of these three summer blockbusters in native HD.
