The National Basketball Association (NBA) announced a new signing at NBA EMEA. Richard Heaselgrave, was this week appointed Vice President, Business Development, at the NBA EMEA offices in London. Richard will head the NBA's EMEA business development team and will be based at the NBA's European Headquarters in London.
Heaselgrave commented: "The NBA's players and teams are some of the most iconic and recognizable in sport. I look forward to developing new opportunities across the EMEA region as our business and sport continues to grow."
Prior to joining the NBA, Richard was Head of Sponsorship and Event Promotion at UEFA. He has also previously worked at International Sportsworld Communications as Director of Sponsorship and at Anheuser Busch as Head of Sponsorship, Europe.
The NBA counts 16 offices around the world, including European offices in Istanbul, Madrid, Milan, London and Paris.
