Event management agency Sportsworld has been appointed by leading life and pensions company AEGON to deliver its hospitality at the AEGON Masters Tennis. This is in addition to Sportsworld’s existing hospitality appointment for AEGON’s British Tennis Series, which includes the AEGON Championships (Queen’s Club), the AEGON Classic (Edgbaston), the AEGON International (Eastbourne), and AEGON’s hospitality allocation at Wimbledon.

AEGON Masters Tennis is the season finale to the ATP Champions Tour, which brings together many of the greatest players in tennis to face each other once again and takes place at the Royal Albert Hall.

Working in partnership with the rights holder IMG, Sportsworld will support AEGON’s hospitality requirements as well as manage all guest invitations to this event, in line with AEGON’s sponsorship term from 2009 to 2013. The appointment is an endorsement of the successful hospitality programme co-ordinated by Sportsworld on behalf of AEGON in their first year as Lead Partner of British Tennis.

Sportsworld’s creation and delivery of the ‘AEGON experience’ at the British Tennis Series has been shortlisted for the 2009 SportBusiness Event Management Awards, which take place on Tuesday 10th November.
