Description Owned and managed by USA Racquetball, this new Grand Slam event is scheduled to debut in February of 2008 in Phoenix, AZ. The tourney will be the last piece of an annual series of 4 major Grand Slam events in the sport of racquetball. Patterned after the highly successful US OPEN, this event will also feature all the top pro players in the world, over 600 amateur players, the made-for-TV portable racquetball court, an industry trade show, and national prime time broadcast on The Tennis Channel. All major sponsorship positions are available starting at the top with the Title at $150,000. Because this event is new to the sport it represents an excellent opportunity for a new sponsor to make a “big splash” by completely branding the tournament from the top down.
