Powerboat P1 signs Eurosport broadcast deal |
Powerboat P1 Management Ltd, the rights holder to the Powerboat P1 World Championship, has announced a new broadcast agreement with Eurosport which will see the Grand Prix of the Sea in Sicily televised live in September.
Powerboat P1 chief operating officer Robert Wicks said that the deal marked a new dawn for the series and the sport.
“Securing the first ever live broadcast of any powerboating world championship event on Eurosport is a coup,” he added.
